About Laurie is on a mission to serve!

I have recently joined the board that supports the Movement for Widow Care (MWC) and we are supporting International Widows' Day - June 23 - a day of recognition started by The United Nations in 2010. 

MWC is doing amazing work to help women as they navigate widowhood and will roll out - on our June 23 webinar - the declaration of rights we have drafted and share the stories underlying why we need a nonprofit in place to raise awareness and voices! Please make a small donation to help this deserving and unfortunately unique organization do more, to help more.
