About Honoring Randy Loeb – What do YOU remember most about him?
Sadly, nearly 8 years since his passing, it might be fair to say Randy no longer frequently comes to mind, except when a birthday or August rolls around. But if you spend a moment to reflect, I bet you remember his laugh, easy smile and caring personality. He had a way of making people feel seen and comfortable; important. I bet there is a lot more you remember – with a smile.
I am happy that I can now remember him in this way – with JOY. The first year was very hard, for obvious reasons, but also because friends and family REALLY didn’t understand what I needed (neither did I). I was the FIRST; no widowed friends or family members to validate or guide me. That is, until Modern Widows Club. It was a game changer. Finally in the early part of the second year I found a support system – a tribe who understood me, stood beside me and helped me heal and grow.
Randy loved to help others find their dream business. As a member and community leader of Modern Widows Club, I now find the same satisfaction in helping widowed sisters reclaim their lives and find new dreams. With your support, this non-profit can continue to allow widows to be seen and supported – it’s important.
